This temple is noted as the oldest temple in Goa, Tambdi Surla is the temple of Shiv Ji built in the 12th century by Yadava King Ramachandra. This temple is a treat to the eyes because of its unique construction style. This temple was built during the reign of the Kadamba dynasty. The location of Tambdi Surla is in the middle of the forest. You can’t reach here on your own. You will have to take help from a local person of there because there are snakes as it is a forest area.
